For a few scenes in my music video I wanted to create an overlay and have the artist lip-syncing over a background that I had filmed separately. To do this I layered the background above the clip and decreased the opacity from 100% to 77% and changed the blend mode from Normal to Multiply to get this effect. I also had to increase the brightness and contrast of the artist clip so that is would stand out better in from of the clip of the dark clouds.
